Does this game have a char creation feature where you can make your character, or at least pick from a male/female premade?

Hello ! I'm near the end of the game, and someone knifed Trish ... I was wondering who it was, because I don't fancy exiling the wrong one and having to do another playtrough to find out ! So anyone know who the traitor is ? Thanks for the help !
