Why does Yanfly Battle Engine add Immortality to enemies?
Since I actually use the immortality as a skill in game, it has an animation and icon... And whenever I attack the animation plays and the immortality icon flash next to the enemy's name. It's just there for a fraction of a second, but it annoys me.

Any reason to not change Yanfly's Battle Engine to think the "immortality" state is just an empty state, as in, poiting it to an unused state Id?

You can do exactly that. Check the plugin settings.
Why? So the enemy battler does not disappear halfway through the strike because enough damage has already been done to kill it. It's to let the combat actions play out to the end.

That explains it.

Could you help me how on Earth I can disable that function? I just don't know how or where to "set the Parameter for Immortal State ID to 0 instead" like Yanfly's instructions says.

That's in plugin options.

Nope... Maybe I'm just dumb, but I haven't found that option you say.

I would really appreciate if you tell me specifically what's the name of that option.

You could change the state ID to a state that does nothing and has no icon. that would remove the immortality when you attack, but it's a nice feature to use.

It's been impossible to me to disable that feature... Even worse, now I noticed that since 1.10 version of Yanly's Battle Engine Core, they "Removed immortal state dependancy. Immortality is now its own setting", but I don't find that setting.

I understand that you find that feature nice, but I have a huge project based in lots of habilities of multiples hits. So for example, I have one character that hits 11 times, but with this feature the weakest enemies 'live' until the last hit of the 11 hits.

Please help.
Go to Yanfly's website, read the documentation
