Transfer Ace files to MV without the steam script?

I bought VX Ace from the official website a few years back and it's not connected to Steam for me in any way, shape or form. Is it at all possible to transfer my Ace project over to MV and how so?

I said that I DON'T have VX Ace on steam, so it's IMPOSSIBLE for me to access that script, therefore that video is useless to me. Is there any other way?

EDIT: Does the script come with MV through steam instead of Ace? I haven't bought MV yet, I'm playing for free until sunday.

Not only does it come with MV in the DLC folder but Shaz also made it available as a separate download AND you do not need Steam at all to do any of that.

Fancy that.
