Absolutely nothing I can do will fix this. I've reinstalled steam and RPG Maker, restarted my computer, ran it as an administrator, and even Opt into Beta. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!

I've done everything they suggested there, literally nothing is working. I need a suggestion that I haven't tried yet. I've verified game cache, reinstalled both steam and RPG maker, restarted my PC, opt into beta, ran as administrator, nothing's working. I need something specific that I haven't listed above

I had a friend clean up my computer and I guess something he did fixed it

How did he fix it?

I'm not sure, he just did some stuff like cleared out apps that I no longer needed as well as remove some virus or malware stuff. Everything he did as far as I know should've been unrelated to steam but after he finished cleaning it up I tried launching it again just in case something he did affected it some how and I guess it did. Sorry I can't point out exactly how he fixed it :(
