Every time a match starts, this error message appears: loanding error
failed to load: img / battlebacks1 / SF_concrete.png
I do not know what else to do

This means that battleback image is assigned somewhere in your project. I'm guessing this happens when you walk around enough to trigger a random encounter on a particular map? If not, you'll need to provide more details, e.g. how do you go from map to battle, are you using any plugins, etc.

You can right-click a map from the list in the bottom-left, and choose Edit. This will show the Map Properties window; there's a Specify Battleback field there that you can set to whatever you like.

Alternatively, SF_Concrete.png is a base resource that you can find in your RPG Maker MV install folder:

../Steam/SteamApps/common/RPG Maker MV/dlc/BaseResource_Compressed/img/battlebacks1

Just copy it into the /img/battlebacks1 subfolder of your project and it should load OK. =)
