You want to distribute the game for someone to play, right? In that case, you can:
- Deploy your project to a separate folder (if you haven't already);
- Compress that folder into a single archive (e.g. a .zip file);
- Upload that archive to a file hosting site of your choice;
- Share the download link with whoever you like!
For file hosting sites, you can use a general purpose one, e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc, or one specifically designed for games, e.g. itch.io, gamejolt, etc. ^_^In case you're unfamiliar with how to use .zip files, here's a help article for Windows: link[support.microsoft.com].
Alternatively, you could upload your project files to the Steam Workshop. This will literally share the contents of your project folder, so it's typically for projects that are designed to be edited. I think it will also restrict access to people who have RPG Maker MV on Steam. You can upload to the Workshop via the editor's menu bar: File > Steam Management.
