Otherwise you could try a previous version of the editor: Steam Library > RPG Maker MV > right-click > Properties > Betas > pick a version. The current version is 1.6.2, maybe try 1.5.2 instead? Steam probably trys to open a Project Path which isnt existing anymore.

Now its looking for something that isn't there? But reinstalling doesn't recreate the directory...
