How do you do that earthbound thing.
So if you've played Earthbound you know what I'm talking about, but at the end of Magicant Ness gains a ton of power from the melodies and gets like, fivei n each stat per melody or something, dont remember the specifics. Point is, how would I do something like that (give my characters stat boosts for something plot related without giving them exp). I know this is possible due to some optional stuff in omori; i just dont know how i can do it.

Basic parameters can be permanently boosted by using the Change Parameters command. You might be able to use that?

The other parameters (HIT, HRG, etc) are all trait-based, so for those you'd need some way to change traits mid-game. Typically that is done with states and/or equipment. Note that without plugins, states get removed on death. You could add a special equip slot for this stuff, perhaps with a "Seal [this slot]" trait to prevent the player from removing it?

Otherwise I'd consider looking for a plugin that lets states persist through death/KO.

Yanfly's AutoPassiveStates plugin might be a great help with this one.
