Shared Region IDs?

Hello. I am using YEP_RegionEvents to create footstep sounds on certain Region IDs. But I want to expand on that and add visible footsteps. I found MOG_Footsteps and it would do the trick if it wasn't for only the single sound file that can be associated with the tiles.
At the moment I have randomized footstep sounds for a couple of regions to break up the monotony. Adding the MOG_Footsteps plugin after doesn't work (probably bc the region ID is already in use by another common event).

Is there a way to have my Region IDs be shared among multiple plugins/common events?
