How do I delete tiles?

I can't find the erase tool.

There is a button with an eraser on it thats the tool you need

Create empty map, right click on empty tile (copies highlighted tile), go back to previous map, then left click to "erase".

There is? I actually had to check, but... I can't find it. And I have many, many, maaaaaany hours in MV. :p I would have been shocked if there was an eraser. Maybe you are confused with MZ, or VX Ace? (I don't know if any of those have an eraser, but I am 99.9% sure MV does not. If there is, I can't find it.)

Temporarily increase the size of your map by one, gives you a fur row or column of empty times you can rightclick to copy.
Same thing as Martyr said, but I like to do it this way, so I can keep using this row to erase over and over again, untill your map is done, without switching maps all the time. :p
