So am I just stupid or is there really only one option for the child in the character creator? A girl with long and braided hair? Are there really no other options? No boy options? No other options for girls? No hair, eyes, nose, mouth, brows, nothing?

There's a guide on how to add more parts to the character generator. That could give you a lot more variety.

Season Pass adds a lot of variety to the child generator. So far it is the only collection I know besides anything individuals have made on other forums. Taking adult character gen stuff and using it in the child one may not line up right so be aware of that.

Not too keen on buying the Season Pass. It seems to only add more female parts and a few "passable as male" parts none of which are facial features such as eyes,nose,mouth, etc. Also considering only twenty-one people out of the total ninty-six ninty six left a positive review doesn't help in selling it. Most of the reviewers had similar problems too. Untested tile sets, lack of actual new content, no explicitly "male" child, unclear covered content, etc. I suppose I'll keep looking. Maybe someone will make an actual pack for children.

You're right, the season pack isn't very good reviewd and many have said to regret buying DLC, however... This is the only way to get official child character parts.

But good news... You don't have to buy the season pass, just to get child generator parts. There are community made child generator parts, that do the trick just fine.

Most of the negative reviews were because it failed to meet its release deadline all four times during the year. People who paid up front for the pass felt kinda ripped off when they had to wait and wait. I bought it after the fact so I got all 4 releases at once. Check why people leave negative reviews too. The last sale put the season pass at a pretty good price. Where else is someone going to make you that much material for your game for $10? Or you can go looking for free stuff too. Your choice.
