How to make bigger size animated character sprite like Ao Oni game? (Question)

How do you make something bigger than normal character sprite like ao oni?
his head and body is literally like twice size of normal..

and when i try to change my sprite character image to ao oni the size is just far smaller than the one like in the game..

for those who dont know ao oni..

If your character sheet has only a single character (3 columns, 4 rows) then make sure the filename starts with a $ symbol, e.g. $aoOni.png.
