pick up and throw and push block ???? need help

I wanted to know if there was a good plug-in that lets you pick up and throw things. I know there is https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/rmv-pick-up-and-throw/[1] , but i cant get it to work for me, probably because of the language.
Also is there a plug-in or a way to push blocks and still be able to move or faster puzzles...?
I am trying to me a game like the SNES game goof tropes so I need these things and want them to work better than what i have now.

yeah i know how to do that, what i want is a block that keeps moving till it hits something, witch i also know how to do the only thing i don't know how to do it to that and let the player move while the block travels

bumb plz does anyone know hwo to do the block push so that is loops but doesnt keep the player standing still!!!???!!!
