check the rpg maker official site. There are people there who make various content like modified walking sprites and face image stuff. Nothing comes to mind as far as character generator parts that make monsters insteead of humans. Panda Maru and Avery have some various artwok stuff in their profiles. You will need to set yourself up with a free profile there to access it though which would be a good idea if you haven't already.

If you talk about the graphics... You can use the character creator to make humanoid enemies too, is you use SV battle system.
