so, put them into a weaponsheet

Use the handgun from Weapons1.png in default project to see how to position the guns on the sheet and include the muzzle-flash.

In RMMV,
Help > Contents

On left navigation panel,
Documentation > Asset Standards
Weapons1.png, Weapons2.png, Weapons3.png The weapon images that are displayed when allies perform normal attacks in side-view battle. There are 12 different types of images for Weapons1 and Weapons2. Weapons3 has 6 different types of images. Weapons3 is defined by the user.

Also on left navigation panel,
Database > Weapon/Armor Settings
Tells you how to configure weapons in the RMMV database for your game (with pictures).

If you need more help, maybe someone demonstrates it on youtube or something.

Well, the Weapons1.png is 576x384 - and weapons1.png holds a grid of 6 columns and 6 rows. So you divide the dimensions before by 6 to get 96x64. You might be able to set up a grid layer in your visual editing program so you can see the boundaries of the sprite sheet and make sure your gun fits in the box. You should try to use the existing gun weapon sprites for reference though to make sure you align the guns so that they will actually align correctly on your characters during the side-view battles.
