"Mobility ability" cooldown reduction?

I'm playing Rico, what is his "mobility ability?"

The three abilities are labeled as "utility, combat," and "ultimate" on the character screen, is it his double jump? How exactly is that affected by a cooldown reduction?

I've literally searched google for: Mythforce "Mobility ability" and it returned 0 results. What the ♥♥♥♥ does it mean?

With Rico I think that would be the one that puts him behind an enemy with a stab

that is his ultimate. and isn't affected by the cooldown reduction.
the 'mobility ability' would be blink/charge/ethereal thing for the other characters. but on Rico it's called 'utility' and it's pocket sand.
double jump doesn't have a cool down afaik.

Mobility is the old term for utility. They do need to update that. It's the pocket sand.
