B. Please post your configuration:
1. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type: DXDIAG
2. Click the button 'OK'.
3. Post the Windows version (Operating System:), processor model (Processor:) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory:) under the tab 'System'.
4. Click the tab 'Display'.
5. Post name of the graphics card (Name:) under 'Device' and the driver date (Date:) under 'Drivers'.
6. Click the tab 'Audio'.
7. Post the name of the audio device (Name:) under 'Device' and the driver date (Date:) under 'Drivers'.

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Battlefleet Gothic: Armada' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE'.
B. Please configure Battlefleet Gothic: Armada in administrator mode at startup:
1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Battlefleet Gothic: Armada' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Right click on the application 'BattleFleetGothic' and click 'Properties'.
5. Click the tab 'Compatibility' and check 'Run this program as an administrator' under Privilege Level.
6. Click the button 'OK'.
7. Open the folder 'BattleFleetGothic' then the folder 'Binaries' and the folder 'Win64'.
7. Right click on the application 'BattleFleetGothic-Win64-Shipping' and click 'Properties'.
8. Click the tab 'Compatibility' and check 'Run this program as an administrator' under Privilege Level.
9. Click the button 'OK'.
C. Please install or repair the library Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable:
1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Battlefleet Gothic: Armada' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES...'.
4. Open the folder '_CommonRedist' then the folder 'vcredist' and the folder '2015'.
5. Run the application 'vcredist_x64' and click the button 'Install' or 'Repair'.
6. Run the application 'vcredist_x86' and click the button 'Install' or 'Repair'.
But additionally I redownloaded directX to fix the 3DXaudio1_7 error
Now works great
1. Click https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
2. Click the button 'Download'.
3. Uncheck all and click the button 'No thanks and continue'.
4. Save the application 'directx_Jun2010_redist.exe'.
5. Once the download done, run the application 'directx_Jun2010_redist.exe' and click the button 'Yes'.
6. Enter the path C:\TMP in order to extract the installation files in the folder 'TMP' on the Local Disk (C:).
7. Once the extraction done, open 'Local Disk (C:)' from 'Computer' or 'This PC' then the folder 'TMP'.
8. Run the application 'DXSETUP'.
9. Once Microsoft DirectX updated, delete the folder 'TMP'.

A. Please exclude the folder 'Battlefleet Gothic Armada' located in '\Steam\SteamApps\common\' from Kaspersky Internet Security: http://support.kaspersky.com/11146
B. Please update the driver of the NVIDIA graphics card:
1. Click http://www.geforce.com/drivers
2. Click the button 'DOWNLOAD' under Automatic Driver Updates.
3. Save the application 'GeForce_Experience_v2.10.2.40.exe'.
4. Once the download done, run the application 'GeForce_Experience_v2.10.2.40.exe'.
5. Once the installation done, run NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
6. Click the tab 'DRIVERS' and follow the instructions.
NOTE:
Please perform a custom installation of the graphics driver.
Uncheck '3D Vision Controller Driver' and '3D Vision Driver' under 'Installation Options'.
Check 'Perform a clean installation' and install the driver.
C. Please update the driver of the REALTEK HD audio device:
1. Click http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/realtek-hd-audio-2-79-driver-download.html
2. Download and run the application 'Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R279.exe'.
Yeah, the reason I didn't update the drivers, because the GeForce's recent driver update would make my other games won't work. Are these fixes you recommend surely work, or its just something the manual suggest?
