P.S. There is already a thread in the Technical Forum, and has not been answered by any Dev since first posted weeks ago in beta.
Followed the FAQ, jumped through the hoops, spent many minutes watching the three loading pips cycle over and over.. watch Task Manager phys.mem. max to 99% over and over..
What bugs me is that for three glorious instances the game has moved past "64-bit, PCD3D perma-loop" and fired up [Task: BFG Version: 7487c] [Status: Running] so I know it works! It's just random AF!
NB - As I typed this I left BFG "loading-maybe/confused/not-responding" in the background, for just under 5 minutes.. And it's literally just switched to BFG Version: 7487c running. Persistence in this case, paid off.
For the Emperor!
