Did game break

Been a while since i played last but on campaign, since when did the enemy have instant warp, You lose matches on planetary assault when one area gets bombed instead of 3,300 points when facing 1500 point fleet on cruiser clash. Convoys are not awful but i don't bother with elder ones as to fast and just pointless., due to these weird what i can only perceive as bugs ive found cruiser clash the only one worth doing that breaks less.
Even then i have had it where they kill one random ship and its auto says i lose the match,.

i have semi recently replayed it, and i didnt notice bugs
but semi recently was a while ago
did you at one point mod the game
have you tried with a fresh install

yea this was the fresh install just find it odd with the sudden losses that go against the rules of the map or cool downs.
