Weaponry Upgrade "Really Big Gunz" Does anything?
The Weapon Upgrade for ships that increase Cannons by 3k does not seem to be working for orcs. I am using the upgrade on an orc ship with heavy cannons and it doesnt look like it has increased their range by 3k at all. Kinda huge since this upgrade would be great for heavy cannons as it would effectively double their firing range.

I think i remember this not working before as well am I correct?

I just used that on mine so I don't have to get so close to the enemy.

No its an intermitent error and seems to be exclusive to convoy matches.

I just played a cruiser clash, upgrade worked, then played a convoy and it wasnt applied.

I re-checked to make sure i had selected ships with the upgrade applied.

This surely can't be for strategic purposes on convoy matches?

Wasted an upgrade, guess ill just quit out of every match that isnt cruiser clash while playing orkz?

when you increase ork weapons from 3k to 6k you have only 50% accuracy on orks slow ass firing guns

It's actually very valuable, as you can scout the enemy ship, the ork mega kannon can now start shooting 50% earlier, dropping shields before you're even in enemy range. One of the most valuable upgrades for the orkz.

I use the refill special manovers gauge so I can double boost and engine running silent upgrade so I can't be seen, with a range upgrade. Op as all hell.

it does increase the range, BUT, the overlay that shows your weapon range dosn't change to reflect the new range, it still shows the old one.

Ironguard, not correct, when the upgrade works it doubles the overlay and changes the stats on the ship. I've witnessed this error.

Thank you, and I will go post in technical support as well.

I will reiterate one more time for the tldr guys.

The game seems to apply the upgrade intermittently between matches, I've had this happen to me almost every day I play, but rarely two games in a row. I will select a ship with "really big guns" applied, and the stats upgrade the 3k ranges to 6k and the 6k ranges to 9k. Also the range is noticeably double, as the mega kannonz range lies within the detection range of a ship before the upgrade is applied, but extends past the detection range with "really big gunz" applied. Next thing you know I enter a match with the same ships, and the upgrade has not been applied.
