No I think he means turn your system's volume down. You know, your speakers volume that's a seperate system from the game's internal volume control?

if my game sliders are all zero it should be mute anyway shouldnt it?

Depends on the system. I have a speaker system that for some inexplicable reason will still make sound if the program I'm using or the computer's volume are set to zero. It could be a hardware issue.

it seems to be the same for the head set

You can't control sound of the cinematics from the game options menu, that's just it.

Pity... I have the same issue... I had to slide it to almost zero and lower down headset/speakers volume for the game to be comfortable... but when curscenes starts, it still hits me like a truck...

Check ur hard- and software. U two dudes seem to be the only persons with this problem so far, at least on these forums here. But yeah, its always the dump devs fault, not mine, so lets rage.....^^

No at least three as I have the same problem.
There is absolutly no way to regulate it down besides silencing everything (adio off), as I'm quit often sitting in teamspeak with other people while playing I have the option of muting the sound and not hearing if someone is talking to me or not muting the sound and guessing what they were saying because there is absolutly no way to decresea this games sound (but it only happens while starting the game so it is not that much of a bother, at least for me)

Well, post this on the the tech forums then. U might get help or at least the devs attention over there....gl

They probably do. I know alot of game devs often just throw out the ol "must be on your end" shtick but the game volume is fine for me and the vast magority of people. So it stands to reason it is somthing odd with your set up, rather than jumping to the conclusion that its the devs fault.
