No at least three as I have the same problem.
There is absolutly no way to regulate it down besides silencing everything (adio off), as I'm quit often sitting in teamspeak with other people while playing I have the option of muting the sound and not hearing if someone is talking to me or not muting the sound and guessing what they were saying because there is absolutly no way to decresea this games sound (but it only happens while starting the game so it is not that much of a bother, at least for me)
not raging but if your game has volume options they should work right?
They probably do. I know alot of game devs often just throw out the ol "must be on your end" shtick but the game volume is fine for me and the vast magority of people. So it stands to reason it is somthing odd with your set up, rather than jumping to the conclusion that its the devs fault.
