Can't seem to invite friends into a skirmish match.

Is it just me, or is it not implemented yet? I just can't seem to pair up with my friends, the game won't let me. It wasn't working for my friends either. As far as I can tell, multiplayer still works for me, but it's not letting me set up a game with friends.
Anyone know what the problem might be?

If you wanna invite him to skirmish make sure you both have a Admiral in skirmish mode first. otherwise it wont work

Also you must BOTH be in the "Hanger" Of your respective fleets in Skirmish Mode.
