Aster is Greek for 'star'.
Lux is Latin for 'light'.
Tenebris is Latin for 'dark'.
Proelium is Latin for 'battle'.
Ignis is Latin for 'fire'.
I dunno, just combine two or so. Lux Ignis? Proelium Aster? Just have fun.
She came up with that name from looking at her cat. What a great name to plaster on the prow of a Gothic battleship. The last thing the enemy sees as an armored ram splits their vessel in two is a freaking cat joke. If we're going to do that, we might as well paint Pepe the frog on there. Or just paint the whole ship like Nyan cat. We can make the battle klaxons sound like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH2-TGUlwu4
Admittedly, that would be pretty awesome for multiplayer trolling, but we're trying to be somewhat serious, here. Shouldn't be long before our British cousins are about; maybe some of them can come up with majestic, imperial, religious-sounding names. Hell, the game was invented by them.
For now, I'm going with Weight of Sin, Imagine that name being your last sight. I think it has a lot more impact, psychologically, and literally. Particularly when dealing with heretics.
No, there isn't. We're playing "awesome ship names." That's why this is in off-topic.

If you know you can't stand either of us, just avoid us. No need for the gibe.
You're not exactly subtle, Gary.
