The atmosphere is fantastic! I love every second of the is creepy and terrifying experience. I was a little sad to discover that the creatures stumbling around were not going to be aggressive unless I attacked first. It reduced the terror of sneaking around trying not to be noticed. Of course I am not trying to tell you how your game should work, but it might help keep the fear going if they were at least occasionally aggressive.
