Keyboard input issues

Running the game off of a laptop operating Windows 7. I can hold down two inputs at once (such as running with a charged buster) but the third input (such as jumping) will not register. Any assistance on this would be helpful.

Some keyboard keys don't work when multiple keys are pressed simultaneously.

In case anyone else has this problem in the future, I will post my set up. It works flawlessly as far as I can tell.
