No pre-order/pre-loading since the download size is only around 380MB.

The good news is that game will be available for purchase on launch day, August 24th, at 9pm Pacific Time worldwide except *Japan.

*Japan will launch along with the console and 3DS versions later this winter.

The Mega Man collection finally released on 3DS last Thursday. Why is this *STILL* not on Steam?
