Don't get me wrong MM8 was far from the best but it's not a BAD game either, in my opinion.
Maybe Capcom likes ya idea hahah,sometimes it looks like Capcom is crazy for developing dlcs!
They engine they are using is for the NES. If these games were released it would be its own thing.
the animations arent 60 fps. hence me adding the word sprite...fool..
You do realize that pure 60 FPS animations aren't a thing except for animations made in a flash-like way where each limb and part of the character are animated independently like a puppet, right? As in, those "60 FPS" animations are far worse than actual animations we used to get in Megaman games back then.
I don't recall any 2D game having 60 FPS animations that don't use puppet-like methods for that. Either your request is ridiculous and unrealistic or you actually want them to butcher megaman animations so we end up with something similar to a flash game.
