Does anyone know if there's a "pixel perfect" mod for LC1?

Before you tell me to use fullscreen or original, those aren't pixel perfect. They don't look like it. Full is just normal 4:3, and "original" sure as hell ain't the original screen size. I'm looking for something like the NES/SNES classic's version of Pixel Perfect mode. If anyone knows if this mod exists, or how I can my own, I'd be very appreciative!

It's 4:3 on both settings to replicate the intended way to play on older TVs. The good news is that this is upscaled properly and pixels are even across the screen... unlike another legacy collection... [stares disapprovingly at XLC]

I know that's 4:3, but I just don't wanna play exactly like that. As I said, something like the NES/SNES classic edition's "Pixel Perfect" mode would be nice, but thanks anyway! :)
