You can get PSP's fairly cheap from a third party seller on Amazon, or Ebay.
And if anyone does get Megaman Power Up on PSP, i would also recommend Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins on PSP as well.
It was much like Megaman Powered Up was a full remake to it's first game, Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins was a remake of the first Ghosts 'n Goblins, which had more levels, and all of the improvements that was in Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts. (I.E. it was way better then it's NES counterpart.)
So the only people that are going to buy it is long term fans of the series, or people that want to replay the first three games. Which i don't know if Capcom are going to think that's a big enough reason to port it over to PC.
If only SEGA would reach out to put more games on MD/Genesis Classics...
