I'm not sure sure whether to consider this a bug or just me being stupid somehow. I'm no stranger to MM but the first one missed me in my childhood so this this is actually my first time playing it. Why can't I use Gutsman's weapon? All the others work just fine. I am using a controller but I don't see how that can be an issue when the rest of the game functions perfectly (mild input lag not withstanding). I'm curious to hear from the mega man community rather than just gaming journalists who claim mega man 2 is the best because of nostalgia. I think mega man 2 is a fine game, but of the classic series its my personal least favorite. I think there's a lot of overlooked design flaws in mega man 2, everywhere from poor boss patterns to bad weapon balance to unfair level design. I know the game was rushed, but it feels like someone just equipped the metal blade for play testing and said it was fine....

Capcom is adding DRM Enigma Protector to their back catalog of games. This prevents modding, prevents the use of cheat engine in single player games, and reduces performance by up to 10-15 fps with stutters. As such I will never buy any capcom games on all PC platforms going forward....

In Wily Castle, there is a turret boss with walls. You only have 7 shots but 10 targets. I destroy the walls, get killed. Next time I enter the walls are gone. This boss is so stupid

MM2 is the most over rated game of all time. Its a broken mess with extremely questionable hit boxes and atrocious level design.
