(Spatial Rifts) is not working

The tutorial (Spatial Rifts) is not working, when you reach the last step of entering the rift, the game simply closes by itself and does not complete, so the achievement of completing the tutorial is broken because the tutorial for (Mining and Refining) is missing and ( Tools & Repair), is this happening to anyone else?
