Bugged Missions Random occurance

For the 2nd time today. I completed a mission got paid, it showed on completed mission log that it was completed but in missions i had not completed it, so i got a fine. Now again, but this time 3 missions i just completed and got paid show in mission logs as both completed and not completed. so now i'm in for 3 fines.
