Google translate is not normally that bad, especially when dealing with a common language like German. I think you're going to have to rephrase that Jon_Jay.
Maybe it also gets harder for google if no punctuation marks of any kind are used.

Maybe it's just a bug, malfunctioning cloaking functionality, or it wasn't tested properly when introduced, but currently cloaking seems overpowered once it kicks in, seeing as it's instant deep cloak.
Perhaps someone could test this to confirm what I've found, maybe the devs could look at if cloaking actually works as they intended?
I have memory of reporting this early on, but perhaps it slipped my mind.
Is cloaking broken, in the sense that all cloaking is deep cloaking, just that your signature lingers at your initial cloaking point, but if you move you can't be found?
Would be weird if the devs introduced a function they haven't tested properly, that wasn't figured out 100% during experimental, and hasn't been reported on because there's actually no playerbase to test it, right?
He is asking "if someone could explaine why he cant put a heatsinker in the cloaking device because it doesnt work aswell as the starting of the device and if it has something to do with the single or multiplayer".
We were looking even for serverside settings if there is the function disabled but there is none or atleast we didnt found the setting

If you build the device and test it dont save it as blueprint later when you have inserted heatsink.
The blueprint or device will spawn with an invisible heatsink.
The invisible heatsink inside causes that you cant open the slot to put a new heatsink inside and even starting the device is impossible.
Fix:
Edit the ship or blueprint and remove the device.
Save the change and apply it so the ship will respawn without the device.
Than edit the ship again and put the device back.
