Be aware that if you do go the Bronze-Stone path, the storyline is glitched and you won't be able to visit all Oldwalls locations (you can never visit the Ocean Spire, thus get certain torchkeys to unlock all possible spells). You can also soft-block the game by talking to Hundred-Blood out of order.
Plus, while the Forge-Bound are always mentioned in the "end slides" of the game, the Bronze Brotherhood is not directly addressed. The endings were never really adjusted to take them into account.

The Bronze-Stone combination is the only way you can get the "Eternal Suffering" achievement, but honestly it isn't really a path the devs fleshed out or expected you to take.
Restarted at the third act any ways because I wasn't enjoy the company of the bronze and beast boys and found Hunter harder to play internally consistent.
Diplomat seems to jive alot better for me.
