Actually all three represent certain aspects:
Nunoval is the Fatebinder of War
Calio is the Fatebinder of Balance
Rhogalus is the Fatebinder of Peace (likely, because he supposed to be the counterpart of Nunoval)
The game itself doesn't tell you anything about your own "title". Maybe you are just the Fatebinder of Universality ;)
What is more interesting when asking one of the Fatebinders about yourself his answer will change depending on the route you took. When supporting Disvavored he says that you represent order, when supporting Choir he says that you are the bringer of chaos.
Unless you kill him in the end and become what he was
You are a Fatebinder of Erands. On account of runing errarns for everyone.
You are Fatebinder of Law. Tunon is Justice, thus law can be left to his little pet.
You are Fatebinder of Chaos or Anarchy.
If Chaos is an option, then Order should be too. Rhogalus always said I walked the path of Order when I asked him.
However I always got the impression that at the very least the player fatebinder was a peer of the three in Tunon's court. They never treated me like a subordinate.
