Maybe I am blind but where are they located

You can use 7-zip to view the few relevant files.

That's the default location on PC, so if you can't find them there, you can to do a file search on your character name to see where the save files are located.

The default location for cross-platform is %homepath%\Saved Games\Tyranny\.

Oh I see now. They're in C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Tyranny.

For some reason I thought user implied the documents folder.
