very fun, my problem is i just broke the game and can't get past a quest now ;( so trying to find an answer for that but figured id chime in here
Quickness is the big stat, with Finesse as a close second. Other than that just pick to taste. I ended up being very spread out over the talents tree personally, but Agility and Power are where you'll find all the skills you really need for punching. It's also important to note that your unarmed damage is influenced by your gauntlets, so until you get (if you get) a skill that requires you to be completely in one type of armour, it can be very useful to wear heavy gauntlets.
To get the most out of an unarmed built you'll probably want to take as many active skills as you can because your cooldown and recovery rates will be very low. With enough active skills you can get through fights without ever using a basic attack. I thought going around unarmed was pretty effective. If you mix in some magic, throwing weapons, or a bow for some ranged capability and you're golden.
