Stuck on loading screen / Stuttering Problem

I've had to force close the game many times, because 3 in 4 times, when entering on 'Continue' or 'Load Game', it gets stuck.
Drivers are up to date, checked the cache and the specs of the rig are as followed:
8GB ram
GTX 970
i5-4440

By the way, has the stuttering problem been corrected? When there are a lot of enemies, the game slows down incredibly (reaching sometimes 10 fps). When I reached the Spiral, the battle outside the walls was a pain. I've decreased all graphic options (v-sync turned off too) but nothing solved the problem.

I can't even enter on my save anymore. It always gets stuck.

Yeah i just want to play.I get on the loading screen and then it ♥♥♥♥♥ up.I fixed it the first time by unplugging my second moniter but now it just doesnt work

i cannot even make a new game. Loading screen it freezes up..7 hours of game play in this and now all the issues start?
