How to switch party members?

what title says. I changed one toon for another, where did old toon go, how to get her back

They probably went back to the spire so you have to find a teleporter or go back to that spire place above the Sunset Spire

Just found out I think any tower maybe since you unlock more along the way

I'm at the spire, how do I reform my party? I can't seem to find any UI options for it.

Talk to the member you want to rejoin your party..

when you are at the map interface while in a spire you have the party management at the bottom left corner

I got it, it's a conversation option that appears as long as there's nothing -new- that the companion has to say to you while you're in the spire.
