Oldwalls Breach - how to enter the closed room?

So I'm in Oldwalls Breach, I already defeated the "boss" in there, collected all 3 "firestones", unlocked the Ocean Spire. But there's still this one room in north-east that's closed. No idea how to open it.

I made screenshot with a map showing that place, but I have no idea how to add it to post :C

The real question is how to find a blue torchstone and all 4 stones to activate the center platform?

Ok so I'm f...d. I can't access the Lethain Crossing quest. Nobody there gives me any kind of quest. Nobody. They talked about two problems, but "don't want to bother me with their petty issues". I got to the top of that tower somehow (internet's power) but I can't access the most part of oldwalls. And I'm about to go down on Voices.

Am I stuck? Thanks for answers tho, this was really driving me crazy ;)

Are you on the Scarlet path? Because i am doing the Disfavored one and everything is going on well. No bug at all.

u need 2 different people at different places, one person in front the closed door to the right of the beacon, change its colour to orange I think I cant remember, go through them all and a new panel will be revealed in the same room as the beacon, hit that and the door to the right will open there you will find the last keystone.

Also be prepared that electric fart monster is a ♥♥♥♥.

Blue was easy it's yellow I can't find.

Hey guys, whats the symbol to the Tower teleport on Oldwalls? I parched all ♥♥♥♥ and so on, but never seen the picture itself. Show screenshot, please.

Yup, I also have problem with finding orange/yellow one. Any help with it?

Orange is in the area upstair from the main central room. It is on the right side. You need to use the torchkey to change the color until the rune symbol button appear then press the button to access it. It is very hard to find since it is blend well with the wall (Sorry i cannot post the screenshot)

Anyone find the last torchkey to open the close room. I have 3 torchkey so far

The only way to open that room and the middle platform (just above where the Havoc was) is to bring torchkeys from Lethian's Crossing Oldwalls.
If you're running by yourself, Bleden Mark will send you to complete quests at Lethian's Crossing.
If you chose to side with either Disfavored or the Chorus, at one point in the story you will have to CHOOSE between visiting the Burning Library or Lethian's Crossing -- if you made it and chose the Library you've already forfeit the Lethian's Crossing quest line and you cannot obtain the torchkeys for these rooms.

and what about the stones of elucidation? Only found 1. is the second in that room or am I missing it?
