If you must decide: Eb if you're deciding on being more evil. Sirin if you want to be Lawful Stupid. This is because ironically Eb is rather practical while Sirin is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in regards to any cruelty.
Against banes of any color, frost-fire spells are the best. They will never be immune and there is a strong chance they will be vulnerable.
Give her the fast frost/lighting staff and pretty no armor so that with her "clear mind" perk she gets a double strike at 1,2s attack speed with a 30% staff attack bonus and 20% frost/lighting bonus. Then stack some volcanic weapon and armor pierce buffs and watch her kill anything that moves in seconds.
And yes works just fine in PotD.
And EB also has by far the better team skills.
I think I will pull members in-out accordingly the enemy type (especially banes).
As someone had said, there's something very wrong when your main-tank is a little 15 year old girl.
