Where do i find the torch key?

ok so i got the quest went to the breach killed all the monsters searched all the bodies and no torch key. I tried going to other spots i saw south east and thought maybe the rust canyon. Nothing. Where the hell is it and where do i find it?

Note that in the various Oldwalls dungeons, you may need torchkeys from other oldwalls dungeons. Such as in the central Blade Grave Oldwalls, you need torchkeys from the Twin River Oldwalls. So, depending on your path through the game - particularly whether you visit the right unlocked areas - you may need to return to older areas later.

It sounds like you're stuck at the first Blade Grave torchkey. Go back outside and look for an area to the right of the entrance that you haven't explored yet.

I know this is years old but this is such a hard-to-see path it's kinda silly
