Cant complete the "Cleansing the Wound" mission.

So after finding out Jaspos and Wagstaff's intentions with the beastmen, I decided to wipe out the population of B-Wound. However, after clearing out the area including the rooms and Cairn's pass, I still cant finish the requirement of the mission. Am i missing something or is it bugged?

same here, the quest is bugged. the farm is completely empty for some reason and there's no dialogue option to kill Lexeme, only an endless loop of her introductory cutscene when she opens the door to the bane boss.
overall this DLC p*ssed me off with it's numerous bugs in almost every quest. and sadly, cleansing the wound will linger till the endgame, annoying my inner completionist with it's presence in the journal

Yeah, there's apparently several cases where the order in which you try to accept or complete quests in the DLC breaks the game and you can't finish those quests. I don't think there's any guides outlining which sequences work and which don't, either, but I haven't looked. Gotta just keep several saves, and go back and do it all over again until it all works out. Or start a modding community to patch and fix all the bugs.
