MC as tank with shield is awesome because he can take the posture that taunts ennemies every few secs, mine was abble to take on 4/5 guys on himself (actually 3 hitting him while 2 others running arround in cricles...).
ps: also all of them had shot staves, you know the ones that got 0,5 delay instead of 2,5.... basically they were all on fast cast mode.
First one was had trollish amounts of control and damage. Second one could just cast Grounding Core and take hits to kill anyone.
2) Pretty much. The main use of it is the increased range, so you can root a target and then poke at them without retaliation
3) That's not dual wield, that's just weapon upgrade spells being overpowered (or more specifically volcanic weapon)
Also, if you put it on someone with 2h mastery, it apparently will fire from each swing if it starts the multiswinging. Which can lead to insanity.
I haven't tried casting it on an archer yet.
