Is anyone else not receiving the missive to start the Bastard's Wound questline?

I bought the DLC, loaded many of my saves in Act II & III, resaved them, exited the game and came back in. Basically, I did everything I could. However, I never receive the missive from Sage L to start the quest.

I have no idea what to do.

have you taken youre first territory in act 2? I didnt recieve the missive in the new addon until after i took the first territory. a save game in act 3 auto got it tho

Yeah, I loaded several in Act III - from the beginning, middle, and end of it. None trigger that. I've also traveled in the saves to see if that would trigger it.

Could you send me one of these save files? I'll try to trigger the DLC.
Edit. Though, first, try to verify integrity of the game (RMB => Properties => Local Files).

Thanks for offering to help! Dumb question - where are save games actually kept? I looked at several different places but I can't track them down.

Awesome, mine were cloud enabled. I uploaded 3 save files in the below. Should be 1 from Act III and 2 from Act II. Let me know if you have a preferred way of sharing files.

Got the missive from Nerat and "Weight of Aegis". Strangely, no B-Wound missive.

Ha, I wasn't going crazy! The only thing I can think of is if there's some issue with where I bought it from. I activated it on Steam but I bought it on Bundle Stars. 99.9% sure that wouldn't cause an issue though.
