Rebel path is great but too classical when compared to Disfavored play. Overall it's still the best path, with more significant choices, and certainly the longer. But the price is it isn't as much in core of story than Disfavored/Chorus, and quite less original.
Rebel is much better than Tyranny, but you need ensure fulfill all requirements for Rebel path, this starts in strategic prelude.
