Tau Cannon is missing from the game :(

Hi guys!
I know the similar posts are already here, but I noticed a very strange thing in the game. I'm currently playing Black Mesa, and I enjoy the game a lot. Currently I'm in Xen, and I decided to just let go the issue which I describe below.

In short, I think Tau Cannon has never appeared for me on the game. At first, in the 'Questionable Ethics' chapter I noticed that there were no Tau Cannon for me in that glorius scene with the guys testing it. The room was empty after the scene. At first I thought they made it differently in Black Mesa than in the original. But in Surface Tension I noticed nuke ammo and realized I missed the gun somehow. I didn't find the gun in the Surface Tension chapter as well.
After googling up the thing I found the information, that Tau Cannon will also appear in the storage room in the very end of Lambda Core. I was really surprised there was no Tau there as well. I guess there is some bug which removes Tau Cannon from the game. This is weird, but I'm 100% sure it didn't appear anywhere for me.

I'll attach a screenshot which shows I have no Tau in my inventory and also there is no Tau in the storage in Lambda Core.

I decided I will continue the play without it, never liked that gun tbh, just thought it will be good to highlight the issue here.
