Launcher Error - Failed to load the Launcher DLL

I'm having trouble launching the game after a fresh install. Verifying the files didn't help. It cannot be launched from the desktop icon or from the Steam client.

Error message:
"Failed to load the Launcher DLL: The specified module could not be found."

What should I do? How can I fix this?

I have the same problem after installing the latest patch... before everything worked!
Also before starting, a window appears with a series of options (I'm Italian, I'll translate them as I can)
- play default
- play No Workshop
- play DXVX
- play Direct3D 9 Fallback
I've tried everything, but the error continues to appear

I have the same issue - in the meantime you can roll back to the April 2024 version in Betas until the devs make some kind of hotfix
