Haven't played the game since new computer build, can't see frame counter, or any option to enable it. Also game stutters a bit. Verified game cache. even restarted pc.

It's extremely rare for any game to offers in game frame counter. It's like 0.1% of games offers it... even that, only the games known for being tech focused.
The other 99.9% you want to use a third party method for it.. the simpler is the Steam overlay. Just enable fps counter in game so any game will display the fps it's running at.

Ha...I never had to do that before. My old pc was over 10 years old, guess the frame counter was just active, dunno. I pulled up the overlay an activated the counter, Now it works. Thanks for the quick tip! Now i don't have to use fraps.

Also i turned down a couple settings that are still gpu bound. I thought maybe more aspects of the game were cpu bound. No more glitches, but the game does look a bit better with the new setup. Love it.

Howdy!

cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 1 in the console.

Thanks for understanding.

Hello, are you still having issues with the game? Was the commands given above were the ones you are looking for?

Hi JMB, yeah, I just used VIDAL's overlay enable tip. I did that before i even seen Peter's response. No issues with the game so far. Looks much better with a few setting turned up...wow. Can't wait 'til gfx card $$ come down.

Sorry for late response, been fine tuning complex bios settings. This cpu is a BEAST! Great mobo to go with it. And thanks for following up on my post. I appreciate it.
