Stuck on "apprehension" chapter.

I'm stuck on the part where there's an electrical cable hanging from the ceiling and if you try to jump past it it instantly kills you. There are 2 of those big fish monsters in the water below,
I watched a walkthrough where the guy jumps past the cable but every time i try the same it kills me.

Stuck......help

You don't have to jump past the cable. There is another breach in the grating to the right that you can jump through. (you'll probably have to crouch jump)

Ahh ok, thanks . The other hole looked too small to jump through.
I tried swimming past the 2 fish beasts but there was no where to go.
